TeleManagement Technologies, Inc. in Final Phase of AOTMP Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certification

TeleManagement Technologies has entered the final phase of the AOTMP Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certification Program, it was announced today.

The AOTMP Program Management team has been on premise at TTI headquarters in Walnut Creek, California, to conduct the capabilities discovery benchmarking segment of the certification. Included is gathering performance information in the areas of: business model, solutions, implementation, account maintenance, quality assurance and performance.
