TeleManagement Technologies Announces Interface to Remedy ITSM for its WinBill® TEM Solution
August 5, 2013 -Walnut Creek, CA
TeleManagement Technologies, Inc. (TTI) has developed an open interface to Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) for its WinBill® TEM, it was announced today.
The interface provides the ability to quickly and efficiently integrate Remedy ITSM with WinBill®. It requires no EDI components to install, removing a considerable obstacle to a smooth and seamless transition. Key information contained within Remedy ITSM such as infrastructure, inventory and asset management information can be flowed through to the TTI TEM system without the expense and overhead typically involved in setting up traditional APIs on the part of the client.
By developing the new Remedy module as an open interface, TTI has enabled WinBill® to accept feeds from other ordering products, including “home grown” systems. The versatility of the interface also allows data from multiple systems to be simultaneously fed into WinBill®.
“WinBill® is a customer driven solution and this is no exception,” said Hollie Venegas, VP/Customer Service for TTI. “We are responding to a growing need for a more efficient way to collect and integrate data from Remedy that doesn’t involve the time consuming research and manual entry of telecom order details. This interface is the result of that collaboration,” she added.
WinBill® is currently the number one rated TEM provider by AOTMP on 16 core functions of TEM/WEM. WinBill® helps managers analyze, control and reduce telecommunications spending across the entire enterprise. By tapping into the power of WinBill®, users can save valuable staff time by automating processes typically required for tracking and reporting of telecom data.
